Jill Mellott
Jill Mellott has experience in operations, management, consulting and facilitation. She holds an undergraduate degree in Communication and a Master’s degree in Speech Communication, with an emphasis in rhetorical theory. Jill was recognized as Loudoun 40 Under 40 in 2016 as a Professional and Community Leader in Loudoun County. With experience gained through her leadership and HR roles, Jill’s HR knowledge expands across multiple areas including business operations, HR strategy, change management, workplace communication, positive workplace culture.
Justin Jones
Justin is an adventurer, documentary producer and motivational speaker. Over the past 18 years he has made a career of undertaking huge, epic, record setting expeditions and sharing these on stage and screen. His exploits have earnt him two Guinness World Record and a place as one of Australia's 50 Greatest Explorers of all time. His ability to synthesize lessons learnt from the forefront of adventure and apply them to the business world drives teams and leaders to success
Jennifer Stanford
Jennifer is a development, leadership and human capital expert with 25 years of consulting experience. She loves to work with organizations that want more, are willing to take risks and even step on the ledge a bit to push innovation. She is an emotional intelligence (EQ) specialist. EQ is fundamental in creating high performance environments and accelerating change. It directly impacts the culture and bottom line of organizations and its value could not be over-estimated.
Emily Guilding
As project management lead for the Evolve team, Emily calls upon a wealth of business knowledge combined with a passion for outdoor adventure. Her diverse career covered eCommerce, environmental consultancy and wingwalking! As a member of The Breitling Wingwalking team, she spent 4 years performing at airshows on top of a Boeing Stearman biplane. Since teaming up with Rex she has become an integral part of the Evolve business, responsible for logistics, finances, marketing, resourcing and client relationships.
Erin Gordon
Erin is a certified professional facilitator, strategy consultant, and coach that specializes in visual methods to solve complex challenges and craft meaningful experiences. With over a decade of experience as a visual consultant and facilitator, Erin partners with clients seeking to visually map ways forward and push the creative edge in-person and virtually.
Paula Hansen
Paula uses the power of visual communication and graphic facilitation to boost workshop learning, productivity and engagement. She creates graphics that capture key ideas in colorful, engaging displays, in real-time. The power of visual imagery makes meetings and workshops more effective and memorable.
Mike Hamill
Mike Hamill is a 6-time Everest summiteer, world-class mountain guide, and author. As the founder of CTSS, he oversees our corporate expedition arm of the business. A veteran climber, Mike has built his vast experience over twenty years as a senior mountain guide across all seven continents.
Karyn Knight Detering
Karyn has over fifteen years experience as a graphic recorder and facilitator. Through her graphic facilitation, concepts take shape and literally bring groups ‘onto the same page’. Her artwork provides clients with a creative and exciting way to communicate their ideas, understand their journey and create a vision for the future.
Caroline Pemberton
Caroline spends much of her life either in front or behind the camera creating travel, adventure and action sports programming. At Evolve she is responsible for adventure filming, production and managing our corporate expedition arm of the business alongside her husband Mike Hamill of CTSS.
